We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right—quickly and hassle-free.

For Custom-Made Orders (Made Just for You)
Since your item is crafted uniquely for you, we can’t accept returns unless:
It arrives damaged or defective (let us know within 7 days with a quick photo)
We made a mistake (wrong size, design, or item)

How We Fix It
Free priority replacement
Store credit if you’d prefer to try something else

We don’t offer refunds for custom orders, but we’ll do everything to ensure you love your Symara piece.

For Ready-to-Ship Items (Easy Returns)
Changed your mind? No problem.
14-day returns for unworn items with tags, in original packaging
Your choice: full refund (minus shipping) or store credit with a 10% bonus for your next order

How It Works

  1. Email support@symara.co.za with your order number

  2. We’ll send simple return instructions

  3. Once we receive the item, your refund or credit will be processed within 3–5 business days

Exceptions
Final sale items (we’ll mark these clearly)
Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
